Results of Littleover Parking survey
The Coop in Littleover introduced 90 minutes maximum parking for their car parks at the end of November 2025. Customers at the Insomnia cafe are allowed to extend their parking period to 3 hours. During March 2026 the business were surveyed.

Derby and Burton Hospitals A&E waits of over 84 hours recorded in 2025
Derby and Burton recorded agonisingly long waiting times in A&E in 2025, with the longest wait for a patient taking over 84 hours last year. In twelve months alone, over 5744 patients waited over 24 hours in Derby and Burton’s A&E departments.

Derby Lib Dems accuse Councils of being “asleep at the wheel” amid pothole ratings
New data, introduced by the Government’s Department for Transport, has introduced a new traffic-light Council rating system for potholes and road maintenance, leaving Derby City with an AMBER rating, whilst Derbyshire County Council has a RED rating.
