85% Bike thefts going unsolved
In 2022, 587 bike theft cases in Derbyshire were closed without a suspect being identified. Theft is such a personal and terrible crime particularly for those bike commuters.

Electrify the Midland Main Line to Sheffield
The 2010-2015 Coalition Government planned to electrify the Midland Main Line, the railway line from London to Sheffield, by 2020. This would reduce pollution and increase capacity on the line. It is time to finish the work.
